This is your chance to attract and inform potential customers about the content and features of the activity you offer. Helping customers to understand exactly what they are getting by booking your product is very important.
Here you will find information on how to fill out the following sections: Introduce your product, full description, highlights, locations, keywords, what's included, what's not included, what's not allowed, information before the customer books, emergency contact number, information appearing on the voucher after booking.
The above-listed sections are included in the following menu, on the left hand side of the Product creation page:
Make sure each section in the menu is completed in its mandatory parts and saved before going to the next section.
Introduce your product
This section is displayed along with the title and main image on landing pages. It shows up in a customer search before they click on your product and should provide a sneak peak of the activity.
- Write 2-3 sentences about your product.
- Include the most interesting things about your product in this section.
- Don’t copy and paste parts of the full description.
- Don't use trademarked terms without a license.
Add a full description
Give a detailed description of your activity so your customer knows exactly what they will be seeing and doing.
- Type the full description for your product - don't copy others!
- Use descriptive language so your customer is engaged and informed.
- Avoid listing a schedule.
Do: Journey high above Berlin and visit the 200-metre tall TV Tower at Berlin's Alexanderplatz. Enjoy priority entrance and experience a fantastic view of the city from your window seats at the "Sphere" restaurant.
Discover the beauty of Berlin and see the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and Hauptbahnhof from above. Enjoy the view along the banks of the Spree, admire the Olympic Stadium and see the famous Museum Island, home to the Berlin Cathedral.
Don't: Duplicate content that is already on your website or from other providers that offer similar services as this will negatively affect your SEO.
Summarize the highlights
Highlights emphasize what makes this product unique compared to other products on the market. They should be short and shouldn't be repetitive.
- In the blank space provided, type 3 to 5 things that make your product stand out.
- Always start with a verb, for e.g. see, visit, enjoy, experience, explore, travel.
- Use short, informative phrases to summarise what your product has to offer.
Do: Travel by motorcycle through lush forests
Or: See local offerings at a traditional market

Locations
With “Locations” we refer to areas, cities, and points of interest the customer will experience in your activity. Locations must be carefully tagged to your product. This will make it visible to the right customers while they search for activities in the places they are visiting or they are going to travel to.

Keywords
Keywords are words to describe what your activity is about and what makes it so unique. Customers will be able to find your product on our site by searching for keywords related to your product.
Things to consider when creating keywords:
- The theme. E.g. snorkeling or walking tour
- When your activity takes place. E.g. New Year’s Eve
- Subject matter. E.g. nature or art

Inclusions
Let your customer know before they book exactly what is included or not included in the price. Knowing what is included or not included in the price will help prevent customer complaints.
Flowery and overly descriptive language is not necessary.

Things to consider when creating inclusions:
- Is hotel pickup included?
- Is hotel drop-off included?
- Use bullet points to list anything customers might need to bring themselves or that you won’t provide.
- Mention services that can be bought outside of the experience.
- Mention completely voluntary contributions, like tips.
- Click Save and continue
Note: If an inclusion is optional for your customer, it must be created as an additional option. If the amount is known beforehand (e.g. entry ticket) it must be an option and cannot be an exclusion.

Guide information
In this section, select the people the customer will interact with during the activity. Is the customer going to have a guide, or a driver only? Are they going to be welcomed to the activity by a host or greeter? Or simply they will be on their own, because they bought a ticket to a museum.
In this section:
- Select the kind of people your customers interact with.
- If the customer is not interacting with anyone during the activity, select “Nobody”.
- Save by clicking on Continue.
Food and drinks
It is important for customers to know whether food and drinks are included in their activity.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Select “Yes” if food is provided and “No” if it is not.
- If “Yes”, enter the type of meal and the format in the search bar.
- Indicate if “Drinks” are part of the offer and if any options is provided for dietary needs.
- Save by clicking on Continue.
Transportation
This is the last step in the ‘Inclusions” section. If the activity offers transportation, select “Yes” and indicate the type of transportation.
If “No” transportation is offered, simply select “No”.
Click Continue to move to the next section.
Extra information
Learn how to provide essential information about your activity.
Who is this activity not suitable for?
Provide details about any specific groups of people who should avoid this activity. This helps customers make informed decisions.
What’s not allowed?
List any items or behaviors that are prohibited during the activity. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
What is the pet policy?
Indicate whether pets are allowed or not.
What mandatory items must the customer bring with them?
Inform customers about any items they need to bring to participate in the activity. This ensures they are well-prepared.
Add custom information before booking
This section impacts whether the customer can participate in the activity. It includes practical information that customers need to know before booking.
For example:
- Insurance requirements: Specify any insurances customers need to have.
- Clothing: Recommend appropriate clothing and items they should bring.
- Documents: Mention any necessary documents, such as passports.
How can customers contact you in case of an emergency?
Provide an emergency contact number that will appear on the voucher. Ensure it includes the correct country and area code.
Information on the voucher
After booking the activity, customers receive an email voucher with essential details about the tour, including:
- Tour title and summary
- Inclusions and exclusions
- Additional information
- Pickup information
- Your company name, phone number, and email address as provided in your profile.
Add to this section any additional information in short sentences to help customers after booking but before the activity starts. Anything customers should be aware of needs to be included here.
