Pre-scheduled pickup times allow suppliers with location-based pickups to automate and streamline the pickup scheduling process. This feature is designed for suppliers with a consistent, "bus-like" schedule.
Access the Feature: Go to Supplier Portal > Products > Options > Meeting Point or Pickup.
Eligibility: Available for suppliers with location-based pickups and consistent schedules.
Setup: Define pickup times once, and they will apply to all future bookings.

Setting Up Pre-scheduled Pickup Times
Navigate to the Supplier Portal: Access the Product.

The start time must be on or after the last pickup time. This matters because all pickup times are calculated backward from the start time, based on how many minutes before the start time the supplier is scheduled to arrive. For example: if the last pickup time is 7:00 AM, the start time should be 7:00 AM or later.
