Read this to learn how to set clear meeting points, pickup locations, and drop-off details for your product.
Why meeting points and pickup details matter
Clear location information helps customers arrive at the right place and on time. Unclear or inaccurate details may cause your product to fail the quality check or lead to customer complaints.
A meeting point is a specific place where you meet customers before an activity. Pickup can take place by vehicle or on foot. You can offer pickup from an area or provide a list of specific addresses, which don’t have to be customers’ accommodations.
Open the meeting point and pickup settings
- Go to Manage > Products.
- Select your product.
- Click Edit option.
- Under Option setup, select Meeting point & pickup.
- Choose one of these options:
- They go to the starting point of the activity by themselves – for example, a meeting point or entrance.
- They get picked up – for example, by bus or car.
Note: If customers can choose between a meeting point and pickup, create two separate options.

Configuring Transportation for Pickup and Drop-Off
If you provide transportation to pick up and drop off customers at the beginning and/or end of the activity, you must specify the vehicle type in your pickup information.
This transportation applies exclusively to pickup and drop-off services. To configure the transportation used:
1. Select an option from the dropdown menu.
2. Select the mode of transportation used.
3. Click Continue.
To ensure a seamless experience, please confirm all pickup information with customers at least 24 hours before the activity begins. Use the messaging functionality to contact multiple customers simultaneously. If you are uncertain, resend the confirmation rather than risk miscommunication, which could result in a no-show or complaint.
To message multiple customers at the same time, go to the Bookings section and select “Message Multiple Customers.”
