To access insights, navigate to the Insights section on the Supplier Portal homepage or through the top navigation menu. Here, you'll find a curated list of insights tailored to your business needs.

  • Navigate to the “Filter by product” section and choose the product you want to view
  • Click on “Filter by date” and select the time range you want to see.
  • Navigate to Open, Dismissed and Done to find the different cards by status.


Understanding Insight Cards

Each insight is presented as a card containing essential information:

  • Title: Indicates the main theme of the insight.
  • Content: Provides detailed information and recommendations.
  • Impact: Displays the potential impact on your business.
  • Call-to-Action (CTA) Button: Guides you with clear action steps (“Add availability”, “Create Itinerary”). You will be redirected to the specific page where you can action the suggestion.
