Insights on the Supplier Portal are actionable suggestions aimed at optimizing your business performance. These insights are derived from data analysis and user feedback to provide you with valuable recommendations. They are derived from testable experiments conducted on the traveler's side or based on our product quality understanding of our marketplace. These recommendations will help you determine your business growth.

How to Use Insights 

You can find your insights here.

You can navigate to the Insights section on the Supplier Portal homepage or through the top navigation menu. Here, you'll find a curated list of insights tailored to your business needs.

 

  • Navigate to “Filter by: All products” and choose the product you want to view.


Understanding Insight Cards

Each insight is presented as a card containing essential information:

  • Title: Indicates the main theme of the insight.
  • Content: Provides detailed information and recommendations.
  • Impact (light blue label): Displays the potential impact on your business, example below: “Up to 25% more bookings”.
  • Action button (blue): Guides you with clear action steps (“Add availability”, “Create Itinerary”). You will be redirected to the specific page where you can action the suggestion.

  1. How often are insights updated?

Insights are updated whenever we find some improvement and growth opportunities for your product. You can expect to see new insights and recommendations periodically to help you stay informed about opportunities for improvement.

  1. Can I dismiss insights that are not relevant to my business?

Yes, you have the option to dismiss insights that may not be relevant to your current business objectives. Simply click on the “X” on the insight card and then dismiss, and you'll no longer see it in your insights feed. Dismissed insights can be accessed in the insights history here. 

  1. How can I track the impact of implementing insights?

You can monitor key performance metrics in the Analytics dashboard such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and revenue growth to gauge the impact of insights on your business. For more information about this feature, please read this article here.
