The requirement to import data from the Reservation System
Reservation systems need to adopt a feature from GetYourGuide - Product Details
If your Reservation system has implemented the feature Product Details over API, your capacity information would be directly imported and you would see a prefilled form with all capacity data received from your Reservation system.
You can edit the information received from your reservation system:
Note: Editing/Changing any information that is received from your reservation system might result in a mismatch between the product configuration on GetYourGuide and your reservation system.
This might prevent your product from going online, please be sure before you make any edits.
Manual Input
If your reservation system does not support Price Categories over API, then you would have to enter the details manually
1. For the Minimum Participants field, input the minimum number of people required for your product to run
2. For the Maximum number of Participants, please input the maximum number of participants allowed per booking
Once you have finalized your capacity information, please click on Save and Continue to proceed to the Pricing Page.
