Customers who book an activity with GetYourGuide will receive a voucher as a proof of booking. The voucher includes all the information that customers need to know to enjoy their activity.
The details on the customer voucher will change depending on how your product is set up.
Before the activity starts, customers will show you the PDF Voucher or the mobile voucher.
Note: In some cases, in order to participate in an activity, customers have to exchange the GetYourGuide voucher for a ticket. If they need to exchange the GetYourGuide voucher for the ticket, this will be stated on the GetYourGuide voucher.
Standard PDF Voucher
This is how your activity information is displayed on the voucher:
1 - Tour title
2 - Option title
3 - Meeting point or pickup description and map
4 - Voucher information
5 - Your company name, phone number
6 - Your company email
The voucher´s information will change depending on how the product is set up. The PDF voucher could be 2 pages, depending on the amount of information displayed.
Note: In the meeting point section, if you select “This is exactly where customers should come” the location information will be displayed on the voucher.
When the map is set to “it’s not possible to set an exact location”, it will not appear on the voucher.
Standard mobile voucher
This is how your tour information is displayed on the mobile voucher:
1 - Tour title
2 - Option title
3 - Meeting point or pickup description and map
4 - Voucher information
5 - Your company name, phone number
6 - Your company email
Supporting mobile vouchers
Many of our customers book through mobile web while in destination and don’t have access to a printer. Accepting mobile vouchers means that you can capture these extra bookings.
Additionally, mobile vouchers are environmentally friendly and save paper.
