Adding availability and price to your product

1. Go to 'Manage' > 'Products' > Click the 3 dots icon > 'Edit details'.

2. From the Options section, go to 'Edit Option'.

3. On the left-hand side menu, select 'Availability & Pricing'.

4. Select how you run your activity:

  • Fixed time slot: If your activity has fixed starting times across the day. This is more suitable for guided activities (e.g. 9 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM and 5 PM)
  • Operating hours: Travelers can come any time during the mentioned times. This is more suitable for attractions such as museums or self-guided tours (e.g. 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM)

Note: The system won't allow you to select fixed time slots and operating hours in the same option. If you offer a price per person and per group, you need to create one option for each configuration, so you will have an option per person and a second option per group.

5. Select how you price your activity:

  • Price per person: If the price is based on individual categories such as youth, adult, child, student, military, etc.
  • Price per group/vehicle: If the price is based on the total number of people in a group or a specific count per vehicle (e.g., 5 people per car)

Note: You can't select both price per group and price per person in the same option. If you offer both, submit your activity for review and then create the second pricing setup as a separate option.

6. Click on 'Add new schedule'.
