Adding availability and price to your product

Read this to learn how to effectively manage and update your products' availability and pricing settings on GetYourGuide. The following setup is for products if you are not using a reservation system.

Getting started:

1. Go to 'Manage' > 'Products' > Click the 3 dots icon on the product you want to edit and select 'Edit details'.

2. From the Options section, select 'Edit Option'.

3. From the left-hand side menu, go to ‘Connectivity Settings' and select ‘No’.

3. From the left-hand side menu, go to 'Availability & Pricing'.

4. Select how you run your activity:

  • Fixed time slot: Select this if your activity has specific start times (e.g., 9 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM). This is ideal for guided tours.
  • Operating hours: Choose this for activities where travelers can arrive any time during the mentioned operating hours. This is more suitable for attractions such as museums or attraction parks (e.g. 9 AM to 1 PM, 2 PM to 5 PM).

Note: You cannot mix fixed time slots with operating hours in the same option. If you offer a price per person and per group, you need to create one option for each configuration, so you will have an option per person and a second option per group.

5. Select how you price your activity:

  • Price per person: If the price is based on individual categories such as youth, adult, child, student, military, etc.
  • Price per group/vehicle: If the price is based on the total number of people in a group or a specific count per vehicle (e.g., 5 people per car)

Note: You can't select both price per group and price per person in the same option. If you offer both, submit your activity for review and then create the second pricing setup as a separate option.

6. Click on 'Add new schedule'.
