How to set up special offers

Special offer legal disclaimer

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when displaying prices, including but not limited to the obligation to include all taxes and all fees in the price you display. Also, at the time of the introduction of a strike-through price, the strike-through price must be the lowest price charged for the product within the preceding month. This strike-through price may then remain on the activity offer for 30 days and needs to be removed after the expiration of 30 days.

About special offers

Reduce your prices for a limited time to attract travelers to your activity. These discounts are called "special offers," and you set them up here:

  1. From your home page, Go to Products > Special offers

  2. Click on “Create special offer”

Our insights and tips on special offers:

  • Don’t create offers that are longer than 30 days; if you want a permanent lower price, edit it in the pricing functionality.
  • Don’t create offers that are way out in the future (i.e. for activities more than 60 days away).
  • Special offers in general can help boost demand & increase bookings by up to 25%.
  • Don’t increase your prices and then create special offers: we monitor such unfair practices. Repeat offense can lead to suspension from this feature (i.e. you will not be able to create special offers anymore).
