You can choose how many people you would like to accept per day according to your capacity. Keeping the number of bookable people up-to-date can reduce overbookings or cancellations.
To manage the number of bookable participants with a price per person product set up:
- Go to Manage > Availability.
- Choose the product and time slot you want to edit.
- Edit the number of participants > Save.
To manage the number of bookable participants with a price per group product set up:

Go to Manage > Availability > Groups > Edit.

Choose the time slot you want to edit.

Edit the number > Save.
Maximum Number of Bookable Participants
The maximum number of bookable participants is taken from the “Availability & Pricing” section of your product. It will be applied to each day of your set availability. However, you will have the possibility to change the number manually on the Availability page if needed.
For e.g., “12” is the maximum number of bookable persons in the below screenshot.
The bookable persons for each day will be “12” and it will be reflected in the Availability page.
Note: If you offer an activity multiple times per day the maximum number of bookable participants will apply to each individual time slot. For e.g.,:

Start time: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM

Maximum number of persons: 80
-
Possible bookings per day 3 x 80 = 240
